10 deep breaths.

Breathing, so simple yet it’s so hard to clear our minds nowadays.

With all the distractions around us, having a clear head is a skill. Limiting my social media intake has certainly helped me. Imposter syndrome kicks in whenever we find ourselves scrolling through the feed.

It’s important to unplug from all the noise sometimes. Focus on yourself. Close your eyes, take ten deep breaths and you will feel clearer and hear the small noises that go unnoticed in the midst of all the buzz.
