Approachability

Approachability is defined as ‘the attitude of being easy to meet or deal with.” Nowadays, the skill of being approachability is unusually scarce. How you ever noticed how it’s easier to talk to one person than the other?

Your demeanor is something that people feel and either connect with or don’t connect with right off the bat. Similar to trust, it’s something that is earned after a relationship develops but can easily be lost when you lash out on someone. In a world full of moving parts and everyone has their own individual goals, being able to communicate effectively is super vital in fostering relationships with your teams. Because more often than not, sh*t hits the fan and you guys will have to figure out a solution together.
