Alongside what you are feeling in your heart, we have to give ourselves the space to match where our head is. What this means is that we have to be present and feel the emotions you feel at that moment — meaning we are not meant to worry about our past nor should we feel afraid of what is to come.
While we try to get our heart and our head in sync, we should not lose sight of what’s important in front of us. Sometimes, one organ can get ahead of the other and we question if we should trust logic and reason instead of our guts? We must find that steady pace between our heart running ahead of our brain and maintain that balance and equilibrium.
