Break Ups
Sometimes, you have to break up to make up (for the time lost). What that means is that we have to let go of the things that no longer serve us.
Easier said than done.
Perhaps there was one activity that we found invigorating a few years back, but over some time it has stifled our energy and time. Not that it was a wrong decision back then, it was the right decision…but at another point in time.
And, as human beings, we have to constantly reevaluate what is right for us. If we don’t, we remain stagnant. Stagnation is fine for some, but sometimes breaking up is the right thing to do. We have outgrown who we were a few years back and it’s time to let go.
