How does one center his/herself when they are feeling a flurry of emotions? I’ve been writing how this year has taken a toll on a lot of people, having certain emotion sit. I think there are ways to change that.
First, we have to center ourselves and slowly release the ‘control’ aspect that we grip on our lives too dearly. In my 21-day mindfulness practice, they mention how just being able to breathe, means that you can practice meditation.
Silence and stillness has helped me find a way to get a grip on the things I am responsible for in life.
Breathe in, and breathe out.
