Frazzled

Stress is a part of life. There’s not a way to avoid being stressless in our day to day, but there’s a way to be stress “free”. Early on in my career, I use to be frazzled at minor things that weren’t up perfect. But after many years of experience and over time, I realize that stress will always be there but we have a choice to lean into it or just accept the realities of what we are operating with.

There’s really no point in being frazzled. We still need to accomplish the task. We need to learn that in even the most stressful times, we need to be calm and collected. It’s an important skill to have — to be able to center in and focus on what needs to be done. Remember you are capable.
