This is the most underrated sentence in the human language.

There’s humility to not knowing everything. I think it’s good to not be the smartest one in the room because then you have more to learn. If we can all just not fight to be the know-it-all, maybe we will have something to learn from each other.

Personally, whenever I see a leader admit to this, they gain more respect from me. So next time in a meeting, consider using this sentence instead of BS-ing your way through an answer.
